Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Hong Kong: ANZACATA to replace ANZATA as WADth member
The Australian and New Zealand Association of Arts Therapy (ANZATA) has now become the Australian, New Zealand and Asian Creative Arts Therapies Association (ANZACATA) and is the peak professional body that represents creative arts therapists in Australia, New Zealand and the Asia/Pacific region. The change has been made so that two organisations could merge and become one: ANZATA and the Australian Creative Arts Therapies Association (ACATA). The title now includes Asia-Pacific, to represent Singapore and Hong Kong, who have been associated with the organization for a while. Joanna Jaaniste will continue to represent dramatherapists in the region, now as part of ANZACATA.
